Daniel Gardner Jr.
Founding PartnerDan Gardner, Jr has over 15 years of experience in both the electronic payments industry and the private equity world. Having built and sold two companies to date, he has successfully raised three rounds of capital, and obtained patents in 4 countries. Dan co-founded an ATM SW company called Select-A-Branch that was acquired in February 2013 by Seven Bank, Ltd. You can now find the software operable on over 10,000 ATMs nationwide at 7-11, Sunoco, and Speedway. Since 2013 Dan has been working for a boutique private equity firm focused entirely on buy-side M&A of the private ATM industry. Dan also currently sits on the Advisory Boards of three private companies. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the College of Charleston.
Eric N. Fondren
Founding PartnerHas a specialty in digital advertising, web app development and organizational psychology. He has over 15 years of software development experience and has been an entrepreneur for 12+ years. He is currently the CEO of a company called Itellio. and co-founder of AMPcar, Inc, a virtual service advisor platform that manages the automotive repair process for everyday drivers. Eric also co-operates a family office of mental health practitioners that spans three states. He has a BS in Computer science from Morehouse College, and a MA in Professional Counseling from Liberty University.
David Promisloff
Founding PartnerDavid Promisloff is a shareholder and founding member of Promisloff Law, P.C. His current areas of practice include matters involving corporate governance and commercial litigation. Prior to forming Promisloff Law, P.C., Mr. Promisloff was associated with two prominent law firms in the Philadelphia area. In every year from 2015 through 2019, Mr. Promisloff was named a Super Lawyers Rising Star, an honor bestowed on no more than 2.5% of lawyers in Pennsylvania. Dave has an undergraduate degree from Emory University and a law degree from Michigan University.
